		<description>hi, Congratulations for your post. It helped me a lot. I am needing to learn some processes in order to start defining an efficient workflow for the company i work. My bosses are very busy peopple and they haven&#039;t the time do do this, and working without these guides was very bad for me. I belive this will improve my workflow by 60%, and i don&#039;t even know how i was working without these briefing before.</description>
