If you think you have a software problem then get in touch with me.

I DO NOT do hardware repairs so I won't be coming over and then asking you to shell out hundreds of pounds for new hardware. If the problem looks like it's hardware related I will tell you and leave. I won't recommend anyone unless you want me to and won't pressure you into anything.

When I first started I got conned and I swore I would never be put in that situation again. My reputation means a great deal to me so I am a person you can trust.
