There is no fast way of teaching someone how to design a web site. It takes years of practice but on top of that the internet changes at such a fast rate unless you keep up with the latest web design changes and laws you will fall behind.

This is indeed the problem with most courses at colleges etc. They are still teaching their students how to design sites as they were being built in the 90's. We are no longer in the 90's and different rules now apply. Our web design training is different from the main stream because we will be passing on all our tips and tricks we have learnt over the years.

The web design training includes:

You'll notice on this site for example that when you first enter the pages the text loads immediately followed by the graphics. Thanks to the way this site has been designed the text loads first and the graphics load last. Bet you don't see that too often do you?

What you also may not know is this text I'm typing here starts to appear on line 20 in the HTML code. What this means is the search engines will begin reading the page with the text we wanted and not the links we didn't want. By having the text at the top of the html and not tucked away near the bottom you give the search engines masses of what they want; TEXT!

This is just two of the kind of tips we can share with you. We have one site where there is a hidden navigation system which only text-to-speech and text only readers can see. It is this kind of care to our work that makes our web sites so popular and so successful.

What do I need to know?

If you have never created a page before we will show you how to use the programme Dreamweaver and how to create disabled and search engine friendly sites. We choose Dreamweaver because it has great support of CSS and using templates alongside CSS makes any updates to an entire site simple and streamless. Time is money so we show you the fastest ways of acheiving great results.

If you are already familiar with web design and have created web sites before then the session would go into greater detail regarding CSS, search engine optimisation, maintaining Grade AAA on all pages and tips on making life easier.
