RE-INSTALLING WINDOWS - OPTION ONE

Option one just the basic reinstall of windows.

RE-INSTALLING WINDOWS - OPTION TWO

This option includes all of the following and needs to be done at my office:

1. Installation of windows.
2. Installation of all drivers needed.*
3. Download and install all the windows updates (45Mb+ in almost all cases).
4. Install Virus Checker, update virus list and then run a full check.
5. Install Spyware program and update.
6. Set up scheduling of virus checker and spyware updates.

Your machine will be set up exactly as it should be. These days windows re-installations of windows must be done a set way or problems and viruses will instantly appear.

Please note:
I will not install any programme or operating system on a machine unless it is the genuine and original CD or you have the authorized OEM sticker on your machine. If you use a backup CD I must see the original CD or OEM/Licence before I can commence. If I arrive at your home and you do not have the original CD's I cannot reinstall your operating system and will require the full charge listed in option one for the lost time I cannot replace.

* We attempt to get the latest updated drivers available. If you have no driver CD's there is no guarantee I will be able to find all your drivers although I can in 96% of cases.

TRAINING SESSIONS (2 hour sessions)

Weekends & after 6pm	£40 for the 2 hours	£45 for the 2 hours

The training sessions last 2 hours and in almost all cases those 2 hours are all that are needed to get you up and running.
