Good news for me. I picked up the keys for my new office and flat yesterday so I won't be updating for a couple of days while I move my computers into the new place and setup the network again.
Speak to you all once I've moved in.

I went night fishing last night but unlike the night before there were hardly any bites. It was a gale force wind on Torquay pier last night so that made the whole thing kinda fun.
I have to start work on another 3 web sites soon which puts my workload at pretty much max now.
I had great news this morning. I've been working/living at home while we wait for a building at the back of the cyber cafe to become free and today we got the news that we could move in by Friday this week. I am soooooo happy because living in half a lounge and working from a 56k modem has been a complete nightmare, I'll be glad of my own space and a nice fast connection again.
Thiefy came over today so didn't do much except be with her and I know she reads this so.... "THIEFY! you have an admirer and someone who thinks I fish too much.... can't be true, can it? Naahhh, not possible :-)", check out the comment in The Guestbook.

After I updated my previous entry I sat here thinking "Well, nothing on TV and I don't want to work anymore on a Sunday" so I got my fishing gear and went straight back out fishing. I ended up on Torquay Pier and it's been yeeeeears since I went night fishing. Oh My God what a difference. I had 2 rods and both were bottom fishing. I had bite after bite after bite after bite. I ended up catching 2 dozen nice sized pollock, 1 bass, 1 whiting, a dozen nice sized wrasse a dozen mackerel. But that wasn't the best bit.
My new reel is a bait runner and I've never had one before and tonight I thank god I was using it. The reel was on my beach caster and I was getting so many fish I thought I might as well stick 1/2 a mackerel on each hook and see what happens. Well half way through this evening I heard the line reeling out at mach 9 with my rod bending and shaking like I've never seen before. I spent 20 minutes playing whatever it was until my 30 pound tracer broke. It's my first decent "one that got away" tale. If I hadn't had a bait runner I know that my rod and reel would be half way to France by now :-)
Just wanted to mention that I took my Nephew Tom out fishing today and we went to meadfoot to try a bit of float fishing and bottom fishing. I caught quite a lot on the float but my beach caster bottom fishing caught my Catch Of The Day. It's a dogfish and it put up quite a good fight bringing in. I went away today very happy :)
I'm getting quite a few emails about my Ghosts of Berry Pomeroy page, I guess it's being linked somewhere so I'll have to trace it down. I must get around to finishing my sightings there one day.
A few people have asked me who "Theify" is. Well "Thiefy" is someone I love very much and she keeps stealing my lighters hense the name.
Google is acting very weird. It does a updated cache of my website and then
Caches a version of my old site dating back to the 14th September. HELLOOOOO?? Google, you can stop doing that now and stick with the new version, it's much sweeter :-)
I managed to get 2 sites to an almost complete finish today. One I've been working on a few weeks (Big, multi language site) and one I've had a few days. I'm looking forward to them going online properly, I think I did a good job on both.
I have to listen to music while I Design Web Site. My favourite songs are:
Evanescence - Bring to my life
Linkin Park - In the End, Crawling & Vertical Limit
Nickleback - This is how you remind me & Too bad
Coldplay - Trouble (I really love this song!)
I also play a few REM, Peter Gabriel, Clannad and Moby
Very interesting article in The Register about weblogs. Research shows that it will reach 10 million by 2004 but most will be dead. I like updating mine before I go to bed, it gives me an "Unwind from web design" time which I need because before this I often went to bed and couldn't sleep because I had all these ideas racing through my mind.
REM - Everybody Hurts just came on, I really love this song!!
I've been trying to find a "I hate football" website but if you do a search for it all you come up with is pro-football websites mentioning the words. World domination I tell you! :-)
