I can't remember the last time I was this busy... ever! I haven't had time off since last Tuesday and the pressure is certainly on at the moment. I'm sat here staring at my fishing gear while looking at a desktop wallpaper of Torquay pier and wishing I could get out there for a bit.
I'm currently working on 7 web sites and, as always, I design a unique look for each site which takes longer but the extra effort for each site shows (I think so anyway). Problem is 24hours in a day doesn't seem to be enough.
I thought I'd beaten the commercial spammers on my Guestbook but some crafty person beat my system so I just spent 10 minutes securing it even further. I love this kind of cat and mouse game.... but I think I've won this time ;-)
Oh well, back to work, might update later

I am a very happy tonight.
I bought a laptop second hand a couple of years ago and the hard drive died almost right after I bought it. Well, I forgot all about it until last week when a friend mentioned he had a spare laptop hard drive he didn't know what to do with. I bought the drive and I now have a laptop again. This is a huge benifit to me because when I meet clients now I can show the sites we have designed and I can also hook it up to my digital camera so I can see straight away if the photos I take for clients are ok.
My fishing days seem to be getting less and less. I was planning on taking a trip to Haldon Pier in Torquay tomorrow to do a spot of float fishing. The cyber cafe had other ideas and today 2 of the machines went down. I have to spend the morning fixing them. Hopefully I'll be able to get some fishing time in tomorrow, I certainly need it after the busy week I've had.
I watched The Italian Job tonight. Not the Michael Caine version in the 60's but the 2003 version. I heard a lot of good things about the film but I didn't enjoy it and nor did my folks.
