If you have a personal home page or non-commercial Web service, YOU MUST ASK for my permission first. Once you have my permission I require a link on each page the image/s are shown.

Use of photos and Web pages in print

If you're a non-profit organization and want to use one of my photos in a printed brochure or magazine, you can do so at no charge with a "Photo courtesy of www.simonday.com" credit. You will still need to ask permission and I will require a free copy of the print to be posted so I have a recorded copy on file.

Printing of photos for personal use

If you want a copy of one of my pictures to stick on the wall, use in a school project or to throw darts at etc, then please feel free to print anything you like from my site.

Unauthorised Use Policy

All non-commercial web sites found using any of the images located on Simonday.com without permission will be subject to a charge of £75 per image.

All images use digmarc and MarcSpider to hunt down web sites using the images.

All non-commercial web sites linking via their web site to an image located on simonday.com without permission will be subject to a bandwidth fee of £50 per page an image is located on.

I check my logs daily and actively pursue all those breaking my copyright notice.
