Use of photos and Web pages in print

If you want to use one of my photos in a printed brochure or magazine, you can do so at the charges listed above with a "Photo courtesy of www.simonday.com" credit. I will also require a free copy of the print to be posted so I have a recorded copy on file.

Unauthorised Use Policy

All business websites found using any of the images located on Simonday.com without permission will be subject to a charge of £150 per image.

All images use digmarc and MarcSpider to hunt down web sites using the images.

All business web sites linking via their web site to an image located on simonday.com without permission will be subject to a bandwidth fee of £150 per page an image is located on.
