There may be trouble ahead.....

At this time there is still very little publicity about the huge security risks involved in using Internet Explorer with regards to the latest of many worrying hacks.

I have prevented IE from being used in the cafe now and while I've been sat here bored silly I remembered I wanted to buy the other half a portable TV/Video player for her bedroom. I checked out a couple of sites and noticed something quite interesting... the sites won't work in the browsers I tested them in. We're talking big, mainstream businesses like Curry's here. Their fixation for Internet Explorer is going to bite them hard in the ass if word of this latest huge security breach gets to the mainstream press.

Just imagine if the Worlds press follows security experts and online newspapers by advising people not to use IE and to switch to other browsers. If that happened I reckon a least a third of online businesses would see a gigantic drop in sales because they have taken microshaft's IE for granted.

M$ brought out a patch last week in the hopes it would keep peeps quiet but instead we know the security breaches are still there so the experts are still saying stay away from IE.

At the end of the day Firefox and Opera are much better broswers anyway so take a look at them!
