Wow, I just noticed my post Saturday was at 3.11am. I thought it was 1am when I went to bed :)
I had a email just now from Google and they have reactivated my adwords account thankfully. The banner is still blank though so I'm hoping it's all working when I wake up in the morning.
I've set my dad up with a computer at home now so he's happy finally :) It's always the way isn't it. You do your job but when it comes to family you just can never find the time hehe
Suncoast Properties has really started to take off now. That revamp really helped a lot. I've learnt so much over the summer but these last 4 weeks have seen some radical alterations in my approach to designing a site and the search engine promotions. I'm hoping that Buy-Spanish-Property will follow suit once it starts getting established.
I've warned one of my link exchange clients repeatedly not to alter the main page because the SE's need the text on the page to gain higer rankings. I check the google cache today and he's only put a flash intro banner on the main page and no text. I'm giving up on that one for now and at least he can't bitch when it drops completely off the engines. Maybe then he'll listen to me.
I normally hate the TV programme "Changing Rooms" but as I was about to turn over I saw it was filmed in Torquay. I just had to watch it :) They took some really nice takes of Torquay Marina and if you saw it tonight you'll notice the presenter was standing exactly where I took
this photo of Torquay Harbour.
I read on Eonline that
Johnathan Brandis has commited suicide. It got me thinking about people who were young actors/actresses. Have you noticed that a high portion of them either disappear, die from drink/drugs or end up in the gutter or dead some other way. Those still alive are always regretful that they started acting so young. Makes you wonder that if such a high portion of them have really bad lives a decade later why do so many still try to make it as a young star actor?
Sorry I didn't take any photos of Torquay Carnival yesterday, I was in such a hurry that me and my Newphew Tom didn't miss it I clean forgot to take it until it was too late. Think I should leave it in my coat pocket from now on ;)
